The Kitchen is fully stocked with high quality cookware, serve-ware to include a Keurig - cappuccino & latte machine, drip coffee maker, Ninja blender, range Air Fryer, Soda Stream and much more. Stainless steel appliances give the space a sense of luxury as well as utility. The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the ability to make your own meals and snacks, whether it's for a day at the beach or a family dinner at home. There's also countertop seating for three, where you can grab a quick bite or check your emails. there is a brand new washer and dryer tucked into the kitchen!

One way to access the beach is via Summer Dunes Lane. Take a right out of our street and walk 5-10 minutes. Take a left at Summer Dunes Lane and you'll see the beach path at the end of the street. One way to access the beach by golf cart is to take a right out of our street. At the center of Wild Dunes, take a left onto Grand Pavilion Blvd. At the end, (Boardwalk Inn is in front of you) take a left. Take your second right and follow signs for “Golf Cart Beach Access.” Follow the path and you'll see a golf cart parking area, giving you easy access to the beach.

There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
